Introduction
At Hairven, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional services and products. We understand that sometimes the results may not meet your expectations or you may have a change of heart regarding a product purchase. Below is our Returns & Exchanges Policy to ensure your satisfaction and maintain fairness to all clients.
- Service Satisfaction:
- If you are unsatisfied with a service you have received, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will book a corrective service appointment at no additional charge.
- Please note that the corrective service must be of equal or lesser value and with the same stylist or technician who provided the original service.
- No refunds will be given for services rendered. Our aim is to adjust the service to meet your satisfaction.
- Retail Product Returns:
- Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- For opened or lightly used products, we offer an exchange or salon credit if returned within 7 days of purchase. Products must be at least 75% full.
- No returns or exchanges on clearance items.
- Gift Cards and Packages:
- Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable.
- Service packages must be used within the specified validity period and are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person or exchanged for other services of equal value.
- Booking Deposits:
- Deposits for appointments are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment.
- Exceptions:
- Any exceptions to the above policies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Hairven Salon management.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:
- Please contact us at our salon reception or via our customer service email/phone to initiate a return or exchange. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse service or returns if the product or service has been tampered with or the complaint is not valid.
- Policy changes will be communicated promptly, and we encourage clients to review the policy periodically.
